Manny Heffley is an antagonist that just so happens to exist in the Batrick universe. He is the spoiled brother of Greg Heffley and his older brother Rodrick. He calls everyone "ploopy", a word so powerful that it can physically hurt Yellow Frick.

Manny might be the second most evil character in the entire Hey Batrick universe, second only to Bruhnarg. He is a complete and utter brat who will do anything to get his way, even psychological manipulation, but that's not the only thing he can do. Manny has committed every single war crime at least four times each, as well as multiple crimes against humanity. You might be thinking that he would have been punished years ago, but no, his most powerful weapon is a simple three word phrase: "I'm onwwy thwee!" This phrase fools almost anybody who tries to shame him or bring justice to him in any way by making them believe he is just a lovable three year old.
Manny is the only antagonist to be a recurring villain in every chapter of Hey Batrick, no matter the plot or story, like Roulxs Kaard in Deltarune.
